Exam and assessment time is just around the block or they have already started. Don't stress however. If you prepare for these exams and give it your all than you should feel proud with whatever mark. I know it can be scary or extremely stressful. You just have to remember that life isn't always going to be easy, so think of these stressful times as a trail. Try your hardest , do all you can and believe in yourself. Then the exams and assessments might not look so scary. I know in Australia exams are happening so I wish all those people the best of luck! I hope you got everything you wished for and if you didn't don't worry. If you are doing exams right now good luck! I also wish you the best of luck. Remember don't stress and I know that is a lot harder to do than to say but if it helps what I do when I study is: I would start with a subject at a time for example take Maths. I would look through my notes and examples than I would go through all fractions do 15 minutes of that and take 5 minute break to calm your mind so you don't over load it. It also helps if you don't cramp it in for the night before the test. Make a plan at the start of each term and work from that. Once I start school I might give you an updated version with photos. Have any of you watched Riverdale yet! Because i have and i actually really enjoyed it! Though i found out i have to wait 4 MONTHS FOR THE NEXT SEASON! I don't know if i can wait that long.

Today I thought I would tell you the results of my challenge and how it is going so far. The challenge was that I would was my hair for only 3 days so Wednesday, Friday and Sunday a week. I would massage my scalp like normal but when i do my conditioner i would leave it in a high bun for 5 minutes MAX!
I found that my hair has actually come a ton smoother and softer! It was incredible I also found that my hair was a little but only a tiny bit less frizzy but other then that this trick worked like a charm :)
Everyone wants that #Perfect Feed and wants that perfect theme and heres how...
Trick 1 :
Find some Instagram accounts that really and truly inspire you. You can then use there accounts as inspiration or if you have that passion be the person everyone wants to be inspired by.

Trick 2 :
If you want good looking theme is a happy one, Some people say. I have found personally and researched to make sure I wasn't lying to myself. Pictures that are all the same shape of cut of for example if all of your photos are the same length or filter it is so much more pleasing.
Trick 3 :
Take pictures of the same subject. I know this one is a lot harder to follow but you don't have to it is Optional but it can sometimes be easier to post on and have a better feed with.
Trick 4 :
Think about every picture before you post it. If you don't and it doesn't fit in you theme or feed. It will be like a sore thumb. If you still want to post it but not stuff up your theme then maybe post it on another social media account.
Trick 5 :
Collages are cute! they truly are but they can through you throw your theme off. If you want a strong feed/ theme you need uniformity, just one photo can throw everything off is you much make sure you know what you want.
Also remember you don't need to have a theme but if you do them these are just a few good tricks and helping hands.I also did some research to do this to double check what I was thinking It wasn't just me. So thank you For reassuring me! :)

Caitlin's Morning Routine
I will usually have my alarm clock on in the mornings to force me out of my beloved bed. I usually have 4 to 3 different alarms (5am, 5:15 am , 5:30 am and 6am) These are all critical in order for me to get up on time and to finally wake up! By the time I drag myself out of bed its usually 5:45 am as by the time the 5:30 alarm clock brings I usually go "UGH! Fine I'll get up." I'm usually not the happiest person in the morning until I'm fully awake which surprisingly doesn't take long! When I get up I go to the bath room straight away and wash my face with Ice cold water as it makes me feel more awake. Then I get changed the joys! After I go up stairs and do my chores and eat break-fast I usually have my bags packed already (Because I do them at night) So all I do is out my Mac in, then I take it down stairs . When I'm down stairs I brush my teeth, do my hair and put my shoes on and pack everything in the car.
I'm sorry that we haven't been posting a lot lately but It has been a busy day... term!
